"First guy off the bench" (which is what Kayte said) and "First to relieve Fox" are not synonymous. A quick glance at the play-by-play reports for the games before Monk got injured indicate that Kayte is right. Mitchell is usually Fox's replacement, but he's not usually the first one off the bench: Monk and/or Davis is, and they usually come in for Huerter.

When Brothers is on the ref crew - nobody has a clue what is a fouls and what is not. That allows him to do in the 4th quarter what Adam Silver ordered. I just don't understand - Kings are young, electric, super talented and excited team. LAC - a bunch of Frankensteins on steroids. Does NBA has incureable allergy to Kings?
