I know how he is, he's not emotional and that's not a good thing in someone who's supposed to be the leader on the team. You want someone that gives a cr@p and shows it and not just looks like he's not there. I know you think your special because you have the personality or Eor but that just makes for a boring competitor/athlete, he needs to step it up a bit.

And there in lies the problem. Who calls the meetings? WHo attends the meetings? Who is going to speak up in the meetings? There are a lot of players screwing up right now and I dont think they even have the veterans on this team to call a productive Players Only meeting.And that alone is sad...
