I think the Spurs have had 10 layups so far in this game. If the Kings could halve that number, the game wouldn't be close. Also, they really need to pick up the pace. This game is at the Spurs' slow tempo so far.

It looked more like making sure the angle is right and the defender is sealed off to prevent a block from behind. Once you move into his path and bump, you get that bit of separation...
