He has his use, but I'm not sure what you can really expect out of him when you match him up against one of the most athletic 7 footers in the league and pair him with a SF at the 4.. Hayes is a good defender, but you don't defend Drummond. He isn't posting anyone up or anything .. he's just using his athleticism and height to get O-boards and to run the court. Can't really blame Hayes in this situation.
