This is a practice scrimmage for the refs. Nobody in the nba gives a s*** if one of these teams gets screwed on ridiculous whistles. No way in hell you'd see the Heat getting shafted on some "new" rules.
These announcers are a breath of fresh air. First nationally televised game we have had in the past few years where they are calling the game in front of them and seem into the game and not ranting on about the Heat or the Spurs or any other top contending team.
Pretty sure they blew that call. The rule was implemented this year because of DeAndre Jordan standing out of bounds last year so the team would get the freethrows and the ball. Stepping out and back in like GV did shouldn't be a penalty.
It's like football. You could call holding on every single play. In basketball you can find a foul on every possession. These refs seem to be searching for something. Maybe it's their first time on espn
I like how they show him playing with alleged NBA player Nerlens Noel, and the ghost of Jason Terry. Is it, perhaps, supposed to be some sort of Washington connection?
