This is a practice scrimmage for the refs. Nobody in the nba gives a s*** if one of these teams gets screwed on ridiculous whistles. No way in hell you'd see the Heat getting shafted on some "new" rules.

Yup. The guy does everything in the trenches. All the dirty work that coaches are looking for

These announcers are a breath of fresh air. First nationally televised game we have had in the past few years where they are calling the game in front of them and seem into the game and not ranting on about the Heat or the Spurs or any other top contending team.

Pretty sure they blew that call. The rule was implemented this year because of DeAndre Jordan standing out of bounds last year so the team would get the freethrows and the ball. Stepping out and back in like GV did shouldn't be a penalty.

I think so, you just can't set a screen out of bounds or just go out of bounds and stand there.
