It's a tough job and all, but it's always shocking how awful some of the calls and non calls are on a regular basis. These guys are "supposed to be" the best in the world. I've seen high school refs who do a better job

Technically it's not. Mexico City lies on so-called great central plateau surrounded by much higher mountains, several over 17,000 ft.
