[Game] Kings @ Timberwolves - 11/2/12 - 5pm PDT

You know, Reke was taken out at the 4 min mark of the 1st. It's nearing the half of the 2nd and he's still not back in. It's not like anyone else has been any better, I don't understand why he isn't being put back in.

This is what it looks like when you change your lineups so much. The guys have ZERO clue on how to play with each other. They don't know where you are going to be on offense, they don't know when you need help on defense. Just utter confusion.

Reke can get into the paint just about anytime he wants if he gets the ball at the top with the floor spread. That's different than getting all the way to the hoop. But he will make defenses rotate over and can find shooters. Put MT on a wing, IT on the other, and Reke could penetrate and hit them repeatedly, or create passing lanes.

So yeah, I kinda disagree with you here.

That's exactly the point "WITH THE FLOOR SPREAD". That's the same as you can pass the ball to Cuz in the post "WITH THE FLOOR SPREAD". Hard to do when it's not. Reke as a SG is expected to be the one spreading the floor, but when he is players are just stacking the paint and leaving him alone.

no patience, no system, no passing, guys are playing for themselves, no one is back door cutting, or rolling hard off screens whenever they are set it leads to frustration, smart is just throwing bodies at the problem.

So much for the matchup of the game eh? R.A. won't need to put Roy back in, and Keith Smart is perfectly content leaving Tyreke on the bench.

im ready for a coaching change. i knew it was ridiculous to give Smart a contract before seeing what he could do with a full offseason

Carmichael Dave tweet:
"No cohesion. Cousins playing his own game. No connect with Tyreke. Smart had an offseason and full camp. This is inexcusable."

Can't put all the blame on Smart, Petrie listed two key areas this offseason as priorities: interior defense and shooting. He had the draft and a full offseason to address those areas via trade or signings, he did nothing. Picking up JJ was a good move but re-signing Thompson to that deal after drafting Robinson onto a team stacked with offensive oriented frontcourt players already, not going after any of the available shooters and instead going after a more iso oriented backcourt player like Brooks all play a part in this and will as the season forges ahead.

Lol Evans' body language is terrible at the moment, doesn't look interested in playing. Funny thing is I don't blame him

I think that sums it up.
