This one however was particularly bad. Pretty much every time he drove he was fouled.

Oh I know I watched the game. It’s just amazing to me that even in a 1 on 1 situation he clearly gets hit and bumped hard and yet nothing. I was also extremely upset about that goaltending call. That was a block.

Gotta give some love to Harrison Barnes with his defense on PG right before Willie drew that charge.. he locked him up and blew their game plan up. Absolute thing of beauty.

Fox is getting point guard DMC treatment. Like DMC was too big too strong for mere mortals so he didn’t get calls to make it fair, Fox is too fast for mortals so he doesn’t get calls either.

I really wish there was the technology to make 100% robot refs. No biases, just call the calls based on the rules, and not who’s wearing the uniform.

Yeah those happen 1-2 times a game but tonight it was 4-5 on fox plus another 3-4 against others.

What's interesting about the Fox no calls is he's a lightning fast, exceptionally entertaining talent with superstardom written all over him. I can't understand why the league wouldn't want to emphasize the potential there and work towards building the next great PG.

Agree.. Not to mention he's only been with us for a few games. His scoring will come, but the defense is nice! Glad that they let Hield and Bagley pretty much shoot as much as they want. That's the future.

I think Burks just want to fit in. He doesn't want to do anything out of the ordinary to hurt the team and most of the play sets are probably not have anything to do with him. As for Barnes, I wonder if he's a little tire playing with the fastest break team in the league lol. Even the Warriors are gasping for air lol. It's cool to see this team able to tire out the team they played and that's because they're young and have more stamina? This team playing fast fit Buddy Hield, Bagley, Giles, Fox, Corey because these guys are relentless.

Doubt it. Luka Doncic is tearing up the league. Right now he's the definite frontrunner. No way Bagley gets it unless something drastic happens. Next year look for Luka to be a 25-30ppg.

Also, Remember the last guy who had 20/5/5? Luka should hit that this year.

It’s been a lock for Doncic since July.

I think in the end he will fit in just fine. Much rather see him getting shots in the flow of the game (albeit missing) than forcing and trying to be top dog. He’s not an alpha and that’s absolutely what we want. If we can get good d and a solid 13 points on efficient shooting he is perfect. Outside of the shooting he’s basically there. The shot will come around.

The concerning thing about Barnes is his shooting slump has been since January. His 3 point percentage since January is 30.4%.

Let me be clear, Barnes is very valuable as a defensive 3 playing the other teams top offensive player. Where I hate Barnes is currently as a stretch 4. That line up was a -7 tonight and a scintillating 25% from 3. The small ball line-up was a -17.6 and damm near cost us a game we should have won more easily.

If you are going to be mad don’t be mad at Barnes. It’s not his fault he is being played out of position.

Barnes is a good defensive player. He is just not a stretch four until he finds his shooting stroke. Let him play D on the many good 3’s we are going to face and play Bagley, Beli or Giles at the 4. You can’t play a guy on a couple month shooting slump at a spot you want shooting.

I was upset they ruled it a violation when Buddy Hield tip in the ball when it looks like the ball is coming off anyway. These kind of break also hurt the Kings chances.

Who cares. Steph Curry didn’t win ROY and I’m sure he values the Larry O’Brien trophies he’s won more than the award he lost to Tyreke Evans. Fox and Hield didn’t win either. But if those two, along with MB3, manage to lead SAC to the promised land some day soon, Luka can have all the individual awards he wants. The reality is most those regular season awards are a popularity contest, as there’s always more than a few deserving players.

I feel like it's pretty locked up, but if Bagley gets those numbers and we end up in the post season, it won't be unanimous!

His January averages are at 17/9 in 28 minutes btw. I wouldn't be surprised if he improves on that in March. Bagley is definitely up there with Luka, Ayton, and Young. Such a nutty good draft!

I don’t think Luka scores too much more than he does know. I think what you see is what the league will get
