On December 10th 2000 Kings beat Heat at ARCO 101 - 97 after being down 40 - 17 after the is quarter. After the horrible 1st it was the "Bench Mob" time
"Bench Mob" outscored Miami's bench 36 - 17 to turn the game around. CW lead the team with 19 pts, 10 rb and 5 blocks. JWill scored 15, JB 14, DC 13, Hedo 11 Bobby and Scott 10 each. Despite being outshot and outrebounded Kings won mostly because forcing the Heat to 22 TOs (14 Steels) lead by DC with 4. Kings made the free throws down the strech for a total of 90 % for the game (28 - 31).

Back to a not so glorious present where Kings are 7-12 on a 5 game losing streak and a 4 game losing streak at ARCO and sucking worse every day. Looking at the schedule - it might get worse. A lot worese. Any yet "we are all not going to die" and there is a game tonight and one tomorow and 60 more this season and the next season and so on. We will lose more games and we might even win one or two also.

Time to revisit a certain Bee article which "called out" this site for being "negative" and impatiient for the Kings situation. Back then we lost to Knicks and were 2-5. We discussed trades and complained about things that are obviously wrong. Now, Bee is doing the same just a month later. Seams like they finally get it. The problem is that while back then our players had a value of a hot dog and a 6 pack. Now he can only hope for 'riceroni"(I don't know how to spell that crap). So Now I am developing a theory where Bee is part of FEMA.

We lost the last game at the beginning of the last quartet. Ftrst Bonzi turned it over, than SAR took a bad shot, bonzi turned it over again, brad turned it over and fouled Yao for a 3 pt play which put Rockets up 4 and that was all she wrote. My question is - where the hell were pedja and mike in this sequence. Who the hell is calling the plays these days ? Where was the 2 man or the 3 man game with Brad, Mike and Pedja. WTF ?

Confidence is a strange thing and sometimes it is more important than the talent and the skills. Kings have none at the moment. Basket looks like a golf hole now. Hard to fit that big orange ball in there. They all look lost out there. No lead is safe and once You get down there is on way back. Does anyone remember when was the last time - we had a key defensive stop when we really needed ? I don't.

What a horrible lost against the Rockets. We just fold under pressure basically due to a chronichal lack of leadership. I a game of the 2 bad teams the worse one lost only because those are the rules of the game. One wins and the other are Kings at the moment. We knew - we suck - now the whole country knows sponsored by TNT.

I am well prepared for the game tonight. I will start drinking early so I am allready numb when the game starts. Then I will drink some more. Just can't watch them sober anymore. BTW is R Lewis out of jail yet ? Just asking. Is pedja going to continue where he stopped in the first half of the last game or is he going to go back to nothingness of the second half.
