I disagree. Thats a charge 9 out of 10 times. Even though I love JT, he needs a left hand, and needs to stop running over people.

Its sad and true. I love basketball so much, but there are so many things wrong with NBA officials that if I was a casual basketball fan I probly wouldnt even watch. There is no 'rule book'.

If it looks like a foul, its going to be called a foul. It looked like JT slammed into him, what the rulebook actually says is a foul is irrelevant.
 
But you don't just accept it. That is why it continues on. That attitude is detrimental. Complain, ***** and just take the brunt of people's dislike for saying what they're too cowardly to say. I can't stand for "oh well thats how it is" attitudes with harmful things.

I understand very much that the NBA is an entertainment business before a sport, but I'd rather be a Jeff Van Gundy than a Mike Breen about it.
 
Bad news: Kings down by 7 at half.

Good news: Kings had a lousy 1st half and only down by 7 at half.

We are in this one, guys, and we don't really deserve to be. I'll take that as a positive.

If that was JT or Hawes who moved their feet, beat the offensive player to the spot, squared up, and took the shoulder right in the center of the chest, we would applaud them.

One problem JT has is he telegraphs where he's going too often. He makes his mind up ahead of time and gets himself into trouble. But he'll get better, still a young guy.

Yeah I guess you're right... even though I really like the guy. I mean with the back-to-back and all, he might provide us with a bit more energy and physicality.

Trust me, thats not my attitude. I just think you have to pick your battles sometimes. I thought that particular call wasnt so bad, Jt did lower his shoulder into him...

Any one of us could ***** on at least 50% of the calls made .. it gets redundant. The officials suck. There so inconsistent and they arent held accountable. That being said, there job is damn hard .. basketball is a fast game.
 
Udoka hasn't seen time more because Ariza hasn't gone off and Evans isn't playing more than for losing his spot in the rotation. Udoka fits better when Evans than he does Beno. He isn't going to score a lot, he's more there for defense and floor spacing.
 
Okay, here's the thing..

I cannot see the end of the game. Might miss almost all of the 4th qtr. You guys gotta cheer for me. That means jumping in with the positive accolades once in awhile.

p.s. I know. I know. How dare I schedule something during a Kings game? Well, could you turn down someone taking you (and buying) dinner at Joe's Crab Shack? I couldn't either. :D

Seems like about 30sec ago we were down 9. Now we're up 2.

After last year it actually gives me vertigo to see us down by ten or more and then look back later and we're back in it.

I could get used to this.
