Kings @ Raptors Game Thread

now I understand why....

1. Our best defender (Ron) seems unable to stop opposing scorers
2. Bibby did not get rested after his wrist injury
3. Brad is out for "personal reasons"
4. we got MUSS to be our coach (next year we get a real coach)
5. K-mart's game has gone down
6. We got taylor
7. We have no defensive scheme (even offensive for that matter).
8. We still have KT
9. We lost all those "close" games.
10. We suck.
 
We wont make it to the 8th seed thats a fact. The best this team could do is play 500 ball from now on and still be a good 6-7 games back. That is the worst thing that could happen to this team. If we are not remotely close to the 8th seed come the trade dead line and no moves are being made to dispand this group then the Maloofs and the Kings Orginization missed out on a great opportunity this offseason.

I'm thinking Memphis will catch us they are looking a lot better with Pau Gasol back and in thier new system. Same goes for Boston when Paul Pierce gets back. Charlotte is looking a little better recently as well. I don't think we have much of a chance sucking as badly as Philly, but hey, there was a point when I would have said we couldn't suck as badly as the Knicks or Raptors.

EDIT: Portland and Seattle also both have worse records then we do.

With or with out pierce i really thing that boston is the worse team in the leauge.

Yea noticed that too. Our best player tonight, kept up with bosh, and didn't get one shot in the 4th as the team went down the drain, just sad. Atleast helped us in the hope of getting a better draft pick.
 
They should have went to shareef a lot more in the second half. kevin martin just had an off game, and bibby needs to look for his teammates more. just very disheartening....up 1 going into 4th and we get semi-blown out. yeesh.
 
Whew! At the end of the third, I started to worry that they might win it........silly me. ;)

I'm not rooting for them to lose, I'm rooting for a really good lottery pick for my Kings. :)
 
I actually thought they looked pretty good going into the 4th quarter, then they let anyone on the Raptors score in the lane and couldn't stop the three pointers.

Man i would love to draft Durant and sign Darko. And i would love to trade Bibby for some picks and get a pg. A team that might be in great need for bibby would be houston, look for them to try to get him.
