We should trade Artest. The guy hates to lose, therefor he must hate this team. He'll probably explode because of all the losing, we're not even gonna make the playoffs.

If he explodes after only 1 practice and 2 losses, he should be traded RIGHT OUT OF THE NBA.

I think he is going to be ok for a while longer. By the way, who cares if he is upset about losing? I would hope they all are upset. Not being upset would give me more concern. I CANNOT wait for the trade deadline so we can stop talking about it.

look at bibby's field goal attempt.. 32!
this team is changing..
tonight we only have 16 assists
we really need someone who can defend as our center
we have one and our coach wont play him. i agree, brad would play much better at the PF, but this is only part of our problem

I just think we need a defensive upgrade at the 4 and we will be set.

Keep Brad for offense and to hold the it together, clog the lanes with a beast at the 4 spot, and get defensive front court players.

That's what I would do.

i was thinking, why does it matter if we make the playoffs, i mean i know its good for the teams confidence (sort of) but we will more than likely get swept because we will be 8th at best and we have to play the number 1 team, unless we start on a major terror and we start winning most of our games, i want to save myself the heartbreak
Well, I have to admit, I've been thinking that for a while. Even if we make the 8th spot, we'd likely get creamed in the first round. Not sure I want to watch that.

Yeah but then everyone will talk about trades in the off-season. :D

we also need... (and this is a BIG SURPRISE!) rebounding! I really don't understand why we can't rebound the game. I understand that the jump shooting makes it hard to get rebounds on the offensive end, but man, when we are giving team 2nd and 3rd chances it's HARD not to score.

^^ :)

LTK I know what your saying but you cannot complain much about the boards tonight. It's hard to believe there is actually a team that rebounds worse then us but that would be the Raptors... 51/37 in our favor tonight.

1. Yes, but he shot 47%. Pretty good (scored 42, by the way)
2. Already changed. Not trying to find out what they have changed into.
3. STINKS. Our TO's should NEVER outnumber out assists. NO EXCUSE.
4. YEP, we also need our healthy startes, better backup at the 1 and 5.

THAT IS JUST THE BEGINNING OF THE LIST, but the good news is most of the problems could be fixed when all are healthy.:o

and we still lost so i guess that doesnt matter as much as everyone thinks :(

Relax guys. No promises but I suspect that getting Bonzi back and having a some time to tweek the offense (not tomention a practice or two) will do wonders for the team. They still might not make the paly offs but I feel better about the team heading BACK to Sacramento than I did about the one that LEFT.

Part of that is due to the fact that the Raptors took 18 more shots. They still had more offensive boards, 11-8.

just realize that we only had 79 field goal attempts, and toronto had 97
which means there's too much turnover and sloppy ball handling

Wow! Was it that lopsided?? The Raptors really ARE bad, aren't they?

And you're right, that was not a specific comment about tonight.. it's just a general area that I think needs work.

Tracy McGrady 13-37 12 rebounds 6 assists 3 steals 37 points

Kobe Byrant 12-28 6 rebounds 3 assists 39 points

Mike Bibby 15-32 3 rebounds 3 assists 42 points

the numbers look great huh? All 3 teams lost tonight...

Yeah but one was to Detroit, one was to Miami, and the other... Well... Yeah...

Well we lost because of 20 TO's...and our steller bench which bagged us a total of 10 points.

Our Bench-10
Raps Bench-43

Actually, I am more encouraged than I was a couple days ago, so who knows? We are not any worse than before an HOPE STILL SPRINGS ETERNAL!

this means kings need a clear offensive system ASAP. kings can't depend on bibby every night. eventually he'll be tired

The return of the man himself! And no, you didn't miss much, although Artest is pretty good, not sure if you've heard.

Lebron had the same numbers and they won. On most nights when t-mac and kobe have big nights their teams win, today was just a bad day.
