Kings do this to get there point guard of the future in Kyle Lowry. They also get Gordon Hayward a scrappy young player that can solidify the small forward position and two players with high upside in 7 footer Sacre and shooting guard Alec burks.

Utah does this to solidify there shooting guard spot with Marcus Thorton. They also get Jimmer Fredette their possible point guard of the future and local hero. Linas Kleiza will fill the small forward position off the bench left by Hayward and the Lakers first round pick in the upcoming draft will add some more talent to their roster.

Toronto does this to get Pau Gasol a top flight big man. They also get Thomas Robinson a high upside player to help in their front court. Two serviceable players In point guard Chris Duhon and small forward Travis Outlaw.

Lakers do this to get Andrea Bargnani a great fit for their new offensive scheme. They also get Mo Williams another nice fit and Amir Johnson a solid big man.

Aside from fantasy value, when is the last time you can recall a 4 team in season trade moving that many valubale pieces? Works better in computer games.

Toronto has no incentive to do this trade, Outlaw and Duhon are not serviceable players. Utah would never ever do this trade.

Utah is getting the total shaft in this deal. And while I agree that Burks has great potential, not so with Sacre. Sacre is a lifetime backup center at best. And as Bricky said, its hard enough to put together a trade with two teams much less four. Seldom if ever happens. But hell dude, if you can make it happen, I'm with you. Were getting a great deal.

I don't see any reason for Utah to do this deal. They basically trade Mo Williams, Hayward and Burks for Thornton. Why?
