Well, at least we're consistent.

Good effort by the 2nd unit in the 2nd half Koufus/Acy/Anderson/Marco/Darren turned up the D and got us all the way back in it than our core guys came back in and completely blew the game with horrible D as expected.

Kayte with Guy on the pre-game. She's DEFINITELY not a fan of switching. She's talking about how WCS isn't having the rebounds the Kings expected (according to George Karl) is due at least in part to GK's insistence on switching, which takes WCS away from the basket far too often.

Damn, I like Kayte C. :)

FWIW I mentioned this in another thread: Willie seems to Willie-ngly switch more than any other big, and more important than that he doesn't switch back when the opportunity presents itself. That's just my observation though.

He switches because it's what his head coach is telling him to do. I think it's foreign to his nature, which MIGHT be why you think he's not switching back quickly enough.

I worry what this BS Karl defense is doing to WCS growth.

I hope we're not on track to wrecking another young talent.

Just a rookie. Even we can't mess a guy up in just one season. :)

Whoever the coach is next year will be the key. I feel almost absolutely certain if we had Thibodeua for instance, he'd use the hell out of Willie and turn him into a major defensive force.

I think our next coach should have WCS exclusively practice corner threes and teach him that his best defense is having better offense.

Because no matter how good your D is, you can't win if you don't score more than the other team.

I have to think that your comment is tongue in cheek. Any offense that comes from WCS will come by using his athleticism. Think Anthony Davis! Not by any means making a comparison, but the one thing they have in common is athleticism and height. So if I'm WCS and I want to model my offensive game after someone, that's who I choose to emulate.
