Like our options at the point are any better?

Jackson is fun to watch for memory sake...But he's old and inconsistent.
Then Bobby Brown who's probably nothing more than Ronnie Price was for us. We 'like' him, but is he really that good?

Id rather keep Beno out there until we have a clearly better option. I dont want to ruin whats left of his confidence/drive by benching him.
Lest we forget we have him for 5 years now?

...
...

Our team is such a freakin' trainwreck.

I don't mind Natt having a quick hook with Beno at all. He's got to ride him like a mule until he breaks him of his stubbornly poor play. Katey mentioned after the game about Beno's poor play him big minutes until proves he can play.

You don't ride a guy like Beno like a mule -- his confidence is shot, he'll never get it back until you give him the ball and say I trust you. He may not be worthy fo that trust -- but when you are 8-26 there is absolutely NO downside to it. He's got a longterm deal, and if you coach him to a long series of 7pt 3ast nights you will never be able to move that deal eitehr. Everything, any palatable option with him at all, depends on us recovering his confidence. Whether you want to trade him, keep him as a starter for the future, whatever, he's got to be out there, and he's got to start playing free.

RID 'EM COWBOY!:D The whip and spurs are preferable now. If that doesn't work the electrical cattle prod should be next. If that doesn't work, well there's always the glue factory. Reggie's nice guy routine didn't work with Beno (by nice, I mean leaving him in the game and hoping that he'll stop the absolute stupidity of his play if you just keep playing him). Natt is going with the Popovich routine - you either break 'em or you get rid of 'em. Beno is either going to play Natt's way or no way, and that's fine with me. In fact, of all the things that Natt has done so far, I'm more in agreement with him on that than anything: HE WILL NOT STAND FOR BRAIN-DEAD TURNOVERS FROM HIS POINT GUARD.

Good game. Nice to see that Kevin is ready to start again. We lost, but that is probably par for the course right now.

Piksi, if I step on your turf again and start another game thread, I promise more detail and better analysis. There was just no thread at 2 and I was like, WTF? We need a game thread. Where you been anyway? Your public eagerly awaits these things.

And oh, Beno is not crap, he just needs a real coach to be effective IMHO.
