U2 is absolutely terrible.

Well, I haven't been particularly impressed with their work over the last decade, but their first nine albums (1980-1997) will stand up in terms of quality and quantity to the output of just about any band over a similar period of time, at least to my ear.

Fellas, we're going about this all wrong... he clearly meant we need this:

We'll just have him spear anyone driving the lane; problem solved.

Actually Factorial I was just being a grammar nazi. I would never make that kind of statement about anything, except maybe Antoine Wright.

Oh, well you can redirect my comment at UK_King. Though, to be fair I believe that in the UK version of English, which uses what I consider to be odd rules for number in the collective case, "U2 are terrible" is probably grammatically predominant.

Well, UK could also be Kentucky, and we won't talk about the grammar down there out of respect. :p

No, my username refers to the United Kingdom! And as such my grammar is absolutely perfect! ;)

You should know us yanks better than that -- you may have invented the language, it may even bear your name (or the name of the largest chunk of the UK), but it is obviously YOU who can't spell, who make grammar mistakes, and who speak with funny, albeit often cute (if you're a MOS) accents. You also confuse soccer and football, and can't tell the difference between a potato chip and a french fry, probably just because you don't like the french. And let's not even get into the whole medieval torch/flashlight thing.

haha! It's all true!

One thing that totally confused me in the US was when i got a biscuit with my meal and it was a scone! What is up with that!
