Yeah, he has always shown potential. I really hoped we'd pick him up when he went undrafted. No such luck.

I think that's done it for me. I'm going to stop caring. I am now off the "fit pieces in to stay competitive" and am now in the "slash and burn this team and get a high draft pick, build it over" camp. And it's not because I'm jumping to conclusions. It's because hearing other fans hold onto that illusion hurts me.

I attended a Kings/nuggets game circa 2002 or 2003 where Chris Webber hit a last second shot to beat the nuggets - this game reminds me of that game in that no matter what we do tonight, there is nothing we'll be able to do to win this game. Even if we somehow make a second half run, no way we have the ability to win.

By the way, any chance we could void the contracts of Miller, Thomas, SAR and Moore since they're NBDL caliber players?

IN all fairness to the Kings, the Mavs only missed 12 shots in the entire first half (let me mention in small text here that of those 12 shots, nearly half were pulled down by the Mavs in offensive boards - which surely isn't the fault of our bigs)
