And it only gets worse. Tommorrow bring on Shaq and D. Wade :(

I may not watch that one.

never know, maybe we will blow them out, we seem to play better against better teams, but maybe im just wishing, oh wow bibby walked off the floor with his jersey over his head as he should

Let me get this straigh (and this is one of those things that bug me about RA)

Peja sucks - put him back in the game.
MArtin makes few mistakes - put him in the doghouse until 30 seconds left in the overtime

I hope they trade Brian Skinner for Malik Rose, maybe he'd see the court at C.

Its games like this when being undersized really hurts.

And Skinner gets no time......of course

Well, at least I can't say there was no effort. They did play hard. In the second half they played pretty good D and were better on the boards. They just couldn't hit the broad side of a barn and kept turning it over. Played hard, just didn't play smart. It was like they all had hangovers out there.

Bad coaching PERIOD...... Kevin made a bad pass mid way through the third quarter and gets benched until just seconds left in overtime. Unreal!!!! Jason was o for what 6. with two wide open looks early in the overtime. The man has lost his mind. FIRE HIM TONIGHT. This one goes on Adlemans' shoulders.

Not that Skinner would make all that much of a difference, but it will be funny to see Corliss check Shaq in the next game.

Excuse me while I rant:

This loss falls directly on Rick Adelman's shoulders. I am so sick of seeing guys tip-toe into the paint and then kick out to the guy nailed to the corner that I could and possibly will hurl.

We didn't lose at the FT line. We didn't get to the bleeping free throw line because you don't go to the line on missed threes from the corner that are wide open because you haven't made them ALL BLEEPING NIGHT.

Corliss didn't play; Skinner didn't play. Those two can both drive inside and at least draw fouls. I've had it.

That was as pathetically coached a game as I believe I've ever seen.

Embarrassing and demoralizing.

That's one of those Rick Adelman mysteries that it will take an A&E special to try and figure out.

lol. Wide open shots clanking all over the place, we missed a ton of easy shots, we were off, we lost.

RA had to mess with the chemistry we had 3 games ago before Pedja and Shareef came back

It wasn't a matter of chemistry, IMHO, since the only real change was starting Peja for Cisco. And face it - Hedo was outplaying both Cisco and Peja so that didn't make that much difference anyway.

It was the refusal to adapt our stupid game plan of making guys stand in the corner that killed us. That and our apparent lack of "paint" coupons we had available to redeem.

There was effort but no real focus. The idea of taking Martin out because of one pass was ridiculous. Not using Corliss or Skinner was criminal.

Yes, there were non-calls and a couple of bad calls. Yes, the guys weren't shooting well and made some dumb turnovers. Those errors could have been overcome if Adelman had demanded an inside game instead of sticking with his continually baffling idea of having guys like Hart and Cisco take corner shot after corner shot after corner shot.

I am not a happy Kings fan.

All night long, the Magic broadcasters (I'm presuming that you heard "local" broadcast) intimated that the Kings didn't drive inside because they're afraid of Dwight Howard; they're probably right, too...

They were absolutely right.

Wasn;t anybody else watching? Time and time again I saw that -- Brad Miller, Bibby, Peja, KT -- see them come towards the lane, suddenly realize who was there, twitch, and then kick it out. That wasn't coahcing, that was pure 100% intimidation. THAT's what a big interior defender can do.

Welcome to the dark side VF.....you will continually have people tell you why fire a coach who has so many 50 win seasons the last few years?? It's a little easier to coach when you have one of the best PF/C combinations on the floor but when you have to actually use different players on the floor to see what works(psssstttt.....that's what actual coaches do) and you aren't succesful then people still think you are a good coach based solely on your record.
