1-3 with artest... and for some reason, i don't see it getting too much better.
I see it getting better, but this was a garbage loss...

Skinner needed to play more, yes, more than he did.

Rick, stop starting SAR at center.

Next game, please.

And we wouldn't have been any better with Peja. I have more faith in Artest those night in night out. That will pay off in the long run. Consistancy from night to night. You don't have to guess which Artet will show up tonight. 15,24,19,20 are his point totals for the first 4 games. Not to mention his defense and intangibles.
While artest has definitely been more consistent in these 4 games than peja has been, and while we probably would not have done better with peja, my statement holds. we are 1-3 since the trade, and the outlook is bleak...

Can somebody please tell me how not one of a team-ful of players that make millions of dollars can put the ball in the basket over a 12-minute span? We are going to be the laughing stock of ESPN for a week b/c of this game.
Let's not blame the entire team. After all, our highly defended coach did a great job of breaking the momentum of the Jazz with the well timed subs. Oh wait, no he didn't. Well at least he called some excellent plays at the end of the game. Sure looked familiar, Bibby and the center at the top of the key, passing the ball back and forth until someone shoots a three. Can he not tell the difference between Miller and a weakened Rahim? And Thomas breaking down his man for an off-balanced leaner? Brilliant.

Very frustrating to watch. 0 baskets...should never happen in a game. You do everything you can to stop that. You don't stand with your arms crossed and hope Bibby hits some shots and the Jazz decide to stop playing harder. Just to clarify for all the "real" Kings fans, I'm not claiming Adelman should be fired because they lost this game. I'm claiming he should be let go at the end of the season for repeatedly being unable to adjust his style and not being the X's and O's coach the current team needs.

2nd time in three games point guards have combined to score 30 points on the Kings.

Mike James/Calderon: 31 points
Milt Palacio/Deron Williams: 30 points

Oh what the heck, I'll go ahead and blame Bibby.

i'm just being pessimistic. i like ron, i don't think peja's heart was in it this season, and i think it was a good trade... maybe just not a good enough one to getus to that 8th spot that is drifting farther away with every passing game.

This was a freak incident tonight. Man, that was the nastiest thing I have ever seen. I think the Jazz are going to get pounded on sunday!

God I hope Ron is not out, that just plain sucks. That 19 game layoff really hit Bonzi tonight jeez.

0-20 in the 4th. Unbelievable. This team is in big trouble and has been for a long time. I keep hearing just believe and give them time... over and over and over for almost a year now. Every time we make a move it's the same thing, problem is they haven't gotten one bit better in all that time. If you can't see how good or bad this team really is by now, I don't know what to tell you. You want to blame someone? Blame Geoff Petrie.

That tells us that we have bigger problems than just Peja. He was a part of the problem, but not the root of it.

In my opinion RA should have benched Bonzi more tonight and let Garcia fight it out a little.

I am neither an Adelman basher nor do I like him all that much either, however the one thing I cannot stand about the man is his substitutions. Kevin Martin was playing so much better than Bonzi in the first half (well actually the whole game really) and yet he kept Bonzi in for the majority of the time. And the real killer is not only starting SAR but keeping him in the game when he continuously was getting burned and out rebounded. When Skinner was in we were playing much better. This game is the ultimate season killer. Up to this point I kept telling myself we still have a chance... Now, I think we are done even *IF* we get on a winning streak. BUMMER!!!!

Kind of hints of interior defensive problems huh?! Petrie pleast fix that one big GAPING wound by the deadline! Skinner did great while he was in there.

some of us knew that all along and we keep saying it over and over again

it will get worse

It's pretty disheartening when the most positive thing you can say about a game is "At least I didn't buy a ticket and watch it in person". I'm not a pessimist, I'm just a normal fan that wants the team to win, and this was a disappointment.
