Losing streak is up to 3 now as Kings dropped to 1-5 on the road losing to the Grizzlies
making them look like Bulls from the beginning of the 90s. Kings dropped to 4-8 which is 5th worst in the NBA which is more like it. The record will suffer more tomorrow when we visit New Orleans. The streak could even go up to 7 games if we don't beat the Blazers at home on Friday.

The draft pick prospect looking better every day. After winning 4 out of 5 games - the losses are desperately needed to build momentum for the direction we need to go towards.

Muss Junior at his best again. Just like Muss Senior - he has no clue what he is doing and he doesn't even have any computer skills for all we know. The guy is incompetent at leas for the NBA level. He either doesn't have or doesn't use scouting reports. He uses training camp for who know what. He has no clue what the personnel is capable of. He doesn't use timeouts wisely and the he uses them to prolong the embarrassment. I am tired of so called coaches coaching when the team is down 20 with a minute to go. To his defense - this is a free country. So if Muss Junior believes that he can call a timeout and draw a 15 point play for a tie or maybe even "and one" for a win - he is within his rights. He is a improved version of "Muss" line of coaches so if Muss senior could draw 7-8 point plays, A new version with all technical advances should be capable of drawing 15-16 point plays. Muss Junior works just like "Windows Vista"

We can not replace Mikki Moore. Don't laugh - it is true just not in the way that this phrase is usually used. Mikki Moore is a "standard" value of sucktitude that makes everything else meaningful. Without him - we can't posiblly say how bad this was tonight because we can't answer one simple but crucial question - what would Mikki do ? Would he have his usual quadruple double or would he explode for 7 points 5 rebounds and a block ? We know that Douby sucked but we can't really tell how bad it was. We can't even tell how well Memphis played. We need Mikki - "the barometer" Moore.

Quincy Douby plays in the NBA - at least this season. He is a body of a point guard with a shooting guard mentality and set of skills of Jason Hart. He is a volume shooter who never met a shot he couldn't miss. He is a player with nerves of steel never shy of taking a big shot despite never making one. In one sentence - he is a perfect candidate for next year's MLE.

We have to stop shooting threes. We don't have "pure shooters" on our roster. Tonight - it was 3-19 if I am not mistaking. Now - if we had coach Popovic this wouldn't be happening. But with Muss Junior - it does night after night after night. What is next ? Will we trade for Antoine Walker or Stephen Jackson jst to make the fit in ?

You look at Grizzlies and wish to have their roster but not their coach or organization. There is a lot of talent and potential there and I have no question that some of the players will develop just in time for another lakers trade.

So You allow a bad team to shoot 54% and 63% from downtown, You get killed on the boards and have more turnovers and You are still in position to tie a game down the stretch with a 15 point play that almost worked. We weren't prepared and we showed no effort whatsoever. Defense was as porous as tin air. makes You want to skip the game tomorrow night.

We made sude that LW-VC award stays in the cabinet.
JHA award went to Brown who at least made some shots
SAR - Methuselah award went to Brad. He looked very, very old
Mikki went to Douby because he dominated.
WTF moment of the game - there were many but the last timeout was embarrasing.

Hornets are next. They have been playing like crap and they had 4 days rest so this will be very, very difficult game as a back to back. We need to perform better and to compete as possible. They have been shooting poorly which probably means that we will make them beat us with layups.

Hornets are 5-4 and 3-2 at home far away from an elite team that they were expected to be. Posey is their best player right now. They don't shoot well, their rotation is weird but tomorrow they will have an opponent who is just right to give them confidence and build them up. TDM will go ti Hilton Amstrong. Peterson will get the LW-VC award. Hopefully we will compete because a win would be a miracle at this point.
