We have a lot of talent on this team and #2 is Rondo or Gay. Let's not casually give our studs away. I won't assume that Gay can't change.

I don't think there's anyway Vlade can afford to trade Gay away..unless he really really craps the bed. Aside from that, he's our #2 option. If we traded him, we wouldn't get in return another #2 guy.

Also feel like whenever we play the two of them together we start playing too fast, because Collison's naturally going to be running up and down the court when he's not running the offesne.
