Kings.com

A lot better than it was.

They should take lessons from the Blazers website...At least look at their roster page, it's freakin awesome!

the header is what seemed to take this site so long. I would like to hear what everybody thinks though and i can pass it on.

Finally! It looks like other NBA teams websites now, and it actually has content to it, i like it a lot.

EDIT

Now that i look into it more, it aint all that great, certain links take to pages where the text is black, same as the background, so nothing can be read unless you highlight it.

Meh... Too many jagged corners and an overload of different texture styles. It looks like an amatuer attempt at a flashy site.

The Kings have finally addressed they're website problems. Oh, heavens be praised!

Disclaimer: this snarky outburst is in no way meant to discount or undermine the efforts of those who spent time creating the new and improved kings.com, but... if ever there was a time for a clunky Titanic/deck chairs analogy, this is certainly it.

A step forward, but its very busy.

It is. I've always been partial to html (as opposed to tons of javascript/flash), and the way it rotates one through the tabs every several seconds is annoying. I like webpages which wait for me to choose what I want to see.

Last week I pointed out to the web folks at kings.com that Ronnie Price and Justin Williams should probably be on the "Which Kings player is impressing you most this season?" poll, and lo and behold, their names now appear!

It may be too late to have much impact on the poll results, but if you want to express your approval for a Kings youth movement, drop on by.

Kudos to the staff of kings.com, that's quite a change from the old mode of operation.

I don't like web pages that are constantly moving. I like descriptive, clickable links, that describe what I'm clicking on clearly and not to change to something else as I'm looking it over. Or as Brick said.. it looks too busy. I could do without the fluff of what the dance team is doing and other such boring crap as well. :)

An improvement. I do not like the rays on the header at all - too busy. Why is Kings Corner way down at the bottom? With all the blank space, it looks the front page doesn't fit together right. IMO, it needs a lot more work.

Very cluttered, but I do like the interactive nature of it. That site really sucked before. A number of links didn't seem to work. I agree that it needs more time.

Can't say that i'm as focused as i could be on this fretful season but one thing that does have me scratching my head is the issue as to "whatever happened to Ronnie Price?" Wasn't he on the up and coming list and clearly the originator of one of the top 10 NBA highlights of the year? And wasn't he playing w/ more confidence, scoring better and nose deep in defensive assignments. Did i miss something somewhere? Anybody?

He got out of control for a few games, made some dumb plays. And then completely disappeared. It seems evident that despite Muss's penchant for random substitutions he has a doghouse so deep and dark it makes Rick's look like a mere breakfast nook.

LOL! Thanks, that made me laugh out loud.:p
