It's hard to believe there are only two more games in pre-season and then it's time for the Kings to open their 2007-2008 season! Traveling to LA to play the Clippers should be a test of how committed the Kings are to the faster style of play.
For those of you who may not know, this is the play-by-play thread where I try and give you a picture of the game as it happens from a Kings' fan point of view. I'm watching the game on TV and typing my impressions as they occur to me, so there are liable to be a few typos, etc. Hopefully, the flavor of the thread will outweigh the occasional mistake.

This thread, and everything here at Kingsfans.com, is possible because of the generosity and dedication of our board owner. If you would like to help defray the costs of keeping KF up and running as the #1 Sacramento Kings Online Community, please consider becoming a Contributing Member. You're under no obligation, of course, but CMs do get larger avatars, first refusal for things like KF game night tickets, etc.
Our pre-season thus far has shown that Reggie Theus does have a rapport with the players AND a commitment to getting back to basics. He's talking the talk AND walking the walk. This season should be interesting, to say the least.
I'll be back before game time, which is 7:30 p.m.
GO KINGS!!!
