True. but since were not in the playoffs this year we need to have something to get animated about-it keeps you sane.:p

I hate to be the one to break it to you - but I think that boat sailed a long time ago.

;)

its 1000 times more exciting to watch spencer and williams out there.

package miller and artest to move up in the draft if you can petrie!

Brad did not get fouled PERIOD stop making excuses for this guy. He also lost his cool the game was not over i have seen crazier things happen in less time in ball games.

Finally! After a long time waiting, I finally get to see Quincy see some floor time...I was actually suprised that Ron was out, glad that Kevin's ok.

Some people make excuses because others want to put the entire "blame" for a loss on one player. Yes, Miller lost his cool but he was hammered all night. It doesn't make it right but it is a part of it.

Watching a game is subjective; you won't always agree with the person sitting next to you watching the exact same game.

Just relax.

The issue was not Brad getting fouled it was the flagrent foul that was called on him that CLEARLY was not a flagrent foul, and the fact that he fouled the clippers in the last minute of the game and the foul was not called-which could have kept us in the game. But all in all, it doesn't matter because we lost.Sometimes I wish I wasn't so emotional about this team lol, sometimes it hurts-but wouldn't change it for the world!

It was right to be called a flagarant foul. His off hand was on the guys shoulder pulling him down to the floor. ANYWAYS this season looks like it might end just a sour as last years.

It's pretty clear how the refs were calling the flagrants. Kaman got one that was an absolutely HORRIBLE call. The refs set the tone, and Brad should have gotten a flagrant or a T when he fouled Thorton with 50 seconds left in 2OT. He literally made no attempt at the ball, and literally swung at Thorton in frustration.

Well, I'm glad someone got a kick out of his 21 shots for 27 points, along with a spectacular 0:2 a/t ratio and 5 fouls. Oh wait, he had four blocks, you're right he's a superstar.
Why are you so needlessly critical of Thornton? He shot a respectable 10/21 from the floor and had an off-night at the stripe. Ever since he started getting consistent minutes, he's been a significant contributor for the Clippers.

"Since Jan. 1, a span of 29 games, Thornton is averaging 15.2 points and 4.8 rebounds while shooting 46.6 percent."

Very respectable for a rookie. What's the problem?

Thornton has really been coming on as one of the top rookies in this ridiculous class. Since I myself argud against us drafing him, I am not going to turn around and claim to have known it all the the time. But it is obvious now that this guy is goiing to be a player. Still older than almsot all the other top rooks, so there is still possibly greater potential in some of the other guys, but you can't feel too cheated if you draft a guy who looks like he could be a minimum high teens scorer and maybe even more.

Thornton looked like a better shooting Gerald Wallace at a similar time in his career. Looked more athletic than Maggette in person too. Played with some anger last night, and it worked.

Dickau played his butt off. He must have run into 72 screens last night and still played well.

In person, IMO, if they had to call the flagrant on Kaman and Miller they had to call the one on Miller (though the Clipper helped sell it with an exaggerated flop). Neither looked murderous.

so he was supposed to get 27 without shooting the ball? he was clutch hit key threes and hes a freaking rookie! and hes not going to get any assists because hes a scorer i would love to have a player like him on our team
