I agree that the clippers have more athletic players up front. But the Kings have to contest their shots. Put a hand in their face. Knock them down when they drive the lane. And the difference in free throws. 16 for the clips and 4 for us. What is wrong with that picture
Rebounding is our issue right now. There are more rebounds to be had on the defensive end of our court. With the Clips shooting 25% Brad and CW sdhould each have double figure boards at this point.

Peja is 6'10" He should be getting a lot more rebounds then he is. He has no, that's 0 rebounds. That is unacceptable. At 6'10" he should be one of the leading rebounders. I know he is more of a primenter player.
Rebounding has almost ZERO to do with your height. Yao Ming is one of the worst rebounding centers in the league. Rebounding is about quickness, strength, and positioning. If you are under the basket, you have to position yourself correctly and have the strength to hold the other guy away. If you aren't under the basket (which Peja is NOT), you have to have the quickness and athleticism to get to the ball while your bigs box guys out. Peja just isn't a rebounder, that will never change. Just accept the fact that he is the best shooting forward in the league. He brings something no other SF brings ... rebounding is not it.
Wish Petrie would trade 2 benchies and a pick for 1 solid big guy to come off the bench. Keep Mo Evans, K Mart, and Ostertag. I think rebounding will ultimately be a downfall for our team.
Look when the starting Five was in the D looked good. So did the Offense. We were up 14 then the bench started rotating in and we lost the lead. (for the most part). Do you disagree with that?
Keflanag, I agree 100% with what you just said. I wan't thinking. I should know better then that. If webber could jump, get position under the board more often then we would have more rebounds. Thanks for setting me straight

Watch a game once in a while. On defense Webber is ALWAYS under the basket in position for boards. He's our leading rebounder for a reason. He doesn't get many offensive boards because he is outside, and he doesn't have the athleticism to come flying in for rebounds.
