Kings - Cavs Trade then Kings - Heat Trade

Salmons/Douby/Moore for Snow/Varejao/Hickson

For Cavs:
Adding Salmons would solidify their perimeter defense which the SG is currently manned by West, who was used to playing PG. Salmons can guard almost any premier SG (i.e. Kobe, Allen, etc.) which catapults them to No. 1 team in the East. Varejao is a flopper whose services are more likely the same as Moore. So its even. And Snow hasn't played any games yet so moving him won't really affect their rotation. The Key is Salmons for young piece (Hickson), who is not really in the mix of the current rotation and maybe a draft 2nd round draft pick.

For Kings:
It's another exit of a solid veteran(who doesn't fit our plans) to a contending team while focusing on full rebuilding. Snow is an expirng 7M, Hickson is potential and cheap and Varejao is young but experienced and a just a player option for next season which adds another flexibility.

On the other hand,

I would suggest a Miller/Thomas for Marion/Jones Trade after above trade is done.

For Kings:
Its getting a big expiring and a good and cheap perimeter player. I always admire this Jones when he was with Portland and Phoenix and his another role player that will surprise in a lot of games.

For Miami:
Adding Miller will provide them a legit C and expand minutes of Beasly as Marion remains very uncertain for next season. Brad and Thomas will expire on same year as Wade so it will add them cap flexibility to re-sign Dwade.

New Kings Line-up after 2 trades:

* - Expiring (Snow - 7M , Jackson - 6M, Marion - 17M)
