The Grizz have a legitimate playoff seeding consideration and are playing a sub-.500 team missing probably 5 of its top 6 players. And they have 15 turnovers, a huge number of those unforced, and are playing as sloppy as they could possibly hope to. I'm stunned at their incompetence.

Looking at these teams that made the playoffs or are nearly in lately, the Kings have way more talent and depth than any of them when healthy. That the Kings are in this position to begin with is the definition of incompetence.

The Kings have had a ton of depth all year. Look at some of these playoff teams. Not even close to the Kings on paper. But, when the pressure is basically off and you play like there is nothing to lose is also what happens to a lot of young teams late in the year. Everything has to be put into perspective.
