I was in Vegas this weekend and saw Mike D'Antoni, Byron Russel and Mario Elie at the Mirage. I yelled to Mario, wish you could have came to the Kings! He turned and smiled. A BUNCH of summer league players were there, but not very many recognizable. The Palms is too far off the strip for me to go down there. Anyways, just thought I'd share!

I hope you are being sarcastic. The Palms is not at all far from the strip. It is located on Flamingo and Wynn rd right oppo the Gold Coast. If you look on a map it is not far.

Well, for walking distance. There's not much around there besides the Palms. I like to stay on the strip, near the Wynn, Belagio, Venetian etc. I took a taxi downtown by the Golden Nugget and Binions boy what a dump...

Unfortunately seeing them in real-time they, and most others, are kinda ugly. No style very plain and the longest shorts I've ever seen not on a punk rocker. Makes the shorter players look funny and like skateboarders. Pictures in this case don't show what they really look like.

Try Denio's this weekend, there might be a vendor that has a knockoff Kings jersey that looks like one of those for like $5.

Yeah, I can see where the pictures make them look better then they are, but I'd prefer a plain, understated uniform then the Flamboyant Gold ones we have now. But anyways, Black's not coming back...

(Though, if we ever did get Black uniforms back, it'd be awesome to do a tribute with AC/DC's "Back in Black.")
