Joe Maloof swears Kings will NOT file for relocation next year

You know, this wouldn't surprise me.

You know I would LOVE to see them go down this path. I think it would be the only way outside Maloofs not being able to meet payroll, that the NBA would be able to force them to sell. I am no lawyer so Bricklayer might be able to help us out here but I would think the Maloofs would not win that battle and would have no other option but sell the team.

Actually, that's the one thing I believe in the entire article. The Kings WON'T file for relocation. They're simply going to up and move without the permission of the league, likely this summer. Hence the anti-trust lawyer, for the inevitable anti-trust suit when the league objects.

I would normally say that nobody could be that ill timed with their actions, or make that kind of public blunder, but, it wouldn't surprise me at all with the way the Maloofs have represented themselves for the last half decade.

Theses guys are classless pieces of trash.

They are only saying this to keep people buying tickets for next season to cover the U-Haul bill for the season after.

Also, Joe and Gavin do not get a pass for this **** either. They can try and hide behind the massive head of their loser brother all they want. I'll never trust these guys again. GTFO ALREADY!
