If anyone has endured a New Orleans Hornets game, (god they suck) you might recall their yellow/gold jersey with there main colors as accents. (teal, white) ..Or the Lakers and their white alternate jerseys. I imagine the kings might have something of the sort. Maybe a return of the 2002 black away jerseys as alternates??

Well we can try to figure out the possible colors for the Kings new alternate jersey through the process if elimination. Assuming that they wont use the retro colors, we will combine both new and old colors.

Kings Colors, Retro and New: Powder Blue, Royal Blue, Red, White, Purple, Silver, & Black.

Therefore, it leaves us with: Navy Blue, Pink, Green, Yellow, Orange, Brown, Gold, & Teal. Bleh.

I kinda like the sound of Brown, gold and black jerseys. -sigh- I can't wait till we see the new alternate uni's.

Hopefully a different gold, like glossy-esque/metallic or more to an actual gold than cheese or dandelion yellow.

The Fandemonium tix arrived today with an invitation, printed in GOLD ink, with the very top of the invitation stating:

"Be the first to see the new Kings GOLD standard uniform"

Note the emphasis on "standard".

Should be an interesting revelation on October 8th.

Funny, I'm a decent reader/writer and there's no way I can get your interesting interpretation out of the quoted statement I provided from the Maloofs.

I also didn't know that NBA Live 2006 was the flawless indicator of NBA uniform changes.

Those games get official uniform information in order to put into their product. That's how we've been seeing uniform previews these past few years now on these forums.
