Adriana Lima, a Victoria's Secret model and Marko Jaric of the Minnesota Timberwolves are engaged, People magazine reports.
Lima received an engagement ring on Thursday night — her birthday — from Jaric, his rep told the magazine.
"He asked and she said yes. They are both incredibly happy and couldn't be more in love," publicist James Weir told People.
Lima, who turned 27 on Thursday, and Jaric, 29, have been dating for about nine months.
"I was not the person to fall in love easily. I am a difficult person from that standpoint," Jaric told People in March. "Now, it's a little different situation."

I don't get it either. He always had the hottest looking girls in Serbia and I know for a fact that even after he started dating Adriana Lima, he still goes for some Serbian chicks. I guess he's really playing his odds
