Chemistry. Team chemistry, or better - lack of it.
This group of players worked as one for a good stretch of games. Then suddenly something snapped. Even before Martin returned. Oh wait, he started practicing with the team!
Or maybe it's because coached shuffled this team to much?
Or maybe some heads got to big?

It is RED!
Players are playing out of positions, to satisfy curiosity of the coaching staff.

Are not coaches supposed to be curious as to what combination of players play well together.........consistently? Especially a brand new coach? Was not Coach dealt the hand he now must play with? The 3 rookies and three 2nd year guys (I include Spence with Donte & JT) ARE playing inconsistently. And without the teams best/most consistent player (Martin) having been out for most of the year and their best bench guy (Cisco, a team leader for sure) still out for the year so far, they team is doing better than most of us expected and has shown us what the future holds.

But we all gotta be patient, hang in there so-to-speak, and give everyone a chance to work together, players and coaches alike.

I agree. Of course the coaching staff is going to be curious when you have the 3rd youngest team in the league. Westphal is still figuring out players strengths and weaknesses, what roles fit best for a given player, and attempting to give everyone enough playing time to mature and improve while dealing with the fact we have too many players at the same positions.

This is a proccess that will be ongoing for the next few seasons. As guys develop, and mature, Westphal will have a better idea how to best utilize everyone. The reality is, we have a lot of players who are trying to find their way in the nba. It will take a while. It's rebuilding with youth. It's normal.
