Don't Make Me Use The Bat
As I've already pointed out, it would have had to have been a pretty dirty bulk (ie. eating all kinds of bad foods just to hit his macros) for Cousins to gain 20lbs in that span of time. A professional athlete is not a bodybuilder, he should be clean bulking (getting a surplus of calories through eating complex carbs, proteins and healthy fats) if he's trying to gain muscle.
These particular professional athletes are on a 7-9 month on, 3-5 (depending on playoffs) month off schedule. Dirty bulk or clean doesn't matter much in mid offseason. He could be a lean mean machine right now and it wouldn't score one point or grab one rebound that matters. So, have a burger big guy, get it out of your system.
