Injuries on the other bench?

#1
Next couple of weeks...instead of injuries on the Kings bench (hopefully Peja will be back soon) there will be injuries on the other teams bench. I know it doesn't matter but it never hurts. Teams don't care if they play us injured so we shouldn't care if they are injured. Beat them down even harder I say!

Dallas-No Dampier
Houston-No Sura
Heat-Probally No Shaq

what happened to Sura...i missed that injury update...?

Bobby is a big reason why they won the 8 or 7 straight that they did before the break

Okay...don't take this as 100% truth...it was on the Houston Message board on ESPN:

Ok, it wasnt a re-injury or a new injury. It was a buildup of scar tissue in his back.

Thats really good news that it isnt a re-injury. But he will be able to resume b-ball activities, but probably wont be able to play for about 3 weeks.

I did a search....found this article: http://www.chron.com/cs/CDA/ssistory.mpl/sports/3053300
The Rockets said the injury was in the same area where Sura had October disk surgery, which caused him to miss the first 14 games of the season. Coach Jeff Van Gundy said Sura would be out "a significant amount of time."
There's more in the article.

Thought this blurb was interesting, but not new-thread worthy, so I put here:

Although Sacramento players and coaches have talked a lot about their injury woes, according to one NBA source, the Kings have actually been fortunate in that regard this season.

Harvey Pollack, longtime statistical guru for the Philadelphia 76ers, says heading out of the All-Star break the Kings are second only to Phoenix in fewest players lost to illness or injury.

The Suns have lost a mere 67 games, while Sacramento's total is 81. New Orleans is the overall NBA leader with 236 games lost.

Well yes, but unfortunately almost all 81 of those games are from our core players. Our shallow and inexperienced bench hasn't gotten hurt though, so yay for that.
