In an NBA team, there are stars, secondary options, and roleplayers. Can Williams be a star or secondary option? Hell no. Can he be an important roleplayer? Hell yes. It's a critical part of any great team's dynamic to have a player to go in there and get the dirty work done.

One monkey agrees with another. Williams is never going to put the ball in the bucket. He's out there to rebound and block shots. As long as he's good at those things, I'm happy.
