Girls. Easily.

And I don't want to hear any more nonsense about how much Reke is holding us back.

I have no problem whatsoever with your first conclusion.

The second statement - well, it is a bit provocative...and not really logically grounded. Reke was out, and we got hammered. We don't know what would have happened if Tyreke had played. This statement is as logical as saying (after the W @ Phoenix) that DeMarcus Cousins must be traded for a bag of chips ASAP, as we came out victorious without him....

And to spare some harsh comments - I am a big fan of both of them :)

Provactive? Moi?

Screw that. I am throwing down the gauntlet on stupidity. And runnign aroudn as a Kings fan tearing down and bemoaning one of the few good things about BEING a Kings fan is stupid. People need to get a grip. This core of this team is loaded with potential. Just needs time without being hung in effigy.

Before any blood gets shed, I don't think anyone is saying Reke is holding us back unless I missed it. I think what people are validly saying is that he needs to improve a significant problem. Reke on a bad day is pretty darn good. As fans, especially fans of the Kings, we look at something or some one great and waste too much energy on finding fault. Seems to be inherent in the human species or something. Lost in the kvetching is a serious lack of praise for what is good. I would settle for an unbiased comment or two and not comments that seem to have an agenda. (Not picking on anyone in particular)

One game proves very little. I WAS going to say it proves nothing but then I thought of Head, Taylor, etc. The whole team seemed a bit off (except Cousins) and of course the Thunder were on. Bad combination. Bad, bad, bad.

As to throwing down the gauntlet, amen, brother. Have at it.

It seems pretty obvious at this point that as Tyreke Evans has gone this year, so have the Kings. He comes into the season with ankle/fasciitis problems, can't drive, can't hit a layup, the offense stalls, and we're terrible. He gets to feeling better, plays like Tyreke, we go on a hot streak which unfortunately coincides with a rough stretch of opponents. He misses a game, and we fall by 30 to a team that beat us by 2 a few days before. Sure, that's only one game, but over the course of the season it's been like that.

This. Reke needs a lot of work, but I'm happy we have him. I think with how good he is, he just gets held to a higher standard. On top of that, more responsibility for W/L is inherently put on his shoulders by his given role on the team. He handles the most, and shoots the most.

I'm willing to wait and see if Reke irons out the wrinkles in his game. Its gonna take more than a season and a half for that to happen. But I'm still going to speak my mind if he ****s up along the way. All you'se Reke apologists should just consider it constructive criticism and get less defensive :P

I dont think enough people realize this. I dont think they realize how good we have been playing the past month or two. These games have been so fun for me to watch. We have been in almost every one of them. If we played like that at the start of the season with that cupcake schedule our record would be much much better right now.

When you look at how the team has been playing lately, and you look at how much caproom we have. AND you look at the bottom of the WC (The bottom 4 teams could fall off the map next season) This team should be contending for a playoff spot next year.

You can see it. You can see how good Evans can be when he is healthy. You can see how good Cousins looks. You can see the weaknesses of this team, and we have the money to fix them! No excuses next year. We should have a pretty good idea of what we have here by now.
