I was really high on him... I had the kings drafting him...I even started stalking him on twitter... He's probably more of a combo guard anyways...I'm still sticking by Ben.

I'm with you. The Kings couldn't compete with the action and thrills of curling. Nice wrist movement and follow through.
that can't be the reason. Someone just said about a month ago that playing next to DMC would be the reason why Gay would want to remain here long term.

Nobody is saying much what is going on, and I have no idea how it should be fixed. All I know is Malone has been working with them more than half a season and it's getting worse. Time to bring in some new players I think
it would be nice if we can just revamp the entire roster and start from scratch.. I hope we make more trades soon. Even if it's small trades, any trades will do for me.

Maybe there's a trade in the works and the FO has told certain players they may be on the move? Or that quote could be directed directly at Demarcus. Whatever it is something changed between the home game vs Toronto and the Celtics game. Even in the 7 game losing streak the team played hard. These past few games we have looked like the Kenny Natt/ Keith Smart Kings(granted i didn't even bother watching this one).
We've pretty much been completely dysfunctional just about every year DMC has been on the team. Maybe I'm just depressed at how horribly we are playing but I can't help but wonder if maybe teammates just don't like playing with him and with him being such a focal point of the team, it's impossible for him not to have an impact on the chemistry of the team.
Personally for me, he's incredibly painful to watch. The guy is filled with so much anger, he looks like he's going to go off after every foul, missed shot, etc. Now he's even been regularly screaming at his teammates if they miss a defensive rotation. I understand that losing sucks and he obviously really hates losing, but his attitude just becomes a drag after a while. I was watching Anthony Bennett tonight and how he would react to fouls called on him and mistakes he would make. He just seemed so much more in control of his emotions and had a great demeanor. That's after being selected #1 and basically being called a bust by a lot of people. I know he was having a great game, but I was impressed with his attitude.
I don't really know what the solution is. The guy is a beast and has the potential to be one of the top players in the game, but I'm just not convinced yet that he is a guy that will ultimately lead you deep in the playoffs. I know we have some major flaws outside of our "Big 3" but we shouldn't have the 4th worst record in the league. That's ridiculous. Pretty much everybody outside of the Big 3 has played well below their potential this year. Why is that? That's the million dollar question....

One of the major flaws is that no matter how many people label them a "Big 3", they aren't a "Big 3". We have a Big 2 and a Nate Robinson clone

DMC said he was really distracted, so I think something big is in the works. This ownership group is not just going to sit around and do nothing as the group goes downhill more.
Now, I have no idea what is happening off the court, so hopefully the FO will make the right calls. I do not think anyone should be untouchable though in a trade, even if it is DMC
I disagree.... DMC has been awesome all season except these last few games. He is only what 23? He should of been an ALL Star and the whole league knows it. Yes to be a pro you shouldn't let being snubbed effect your game. But He will grow out of it. He has already shown tons of growth from last year.

Did you watch the kings last game against the Pelicans on Jan 21st? Cousins looked like the most dominant player in that game other then Rudy Gay.Do you think it would be possible to trade Demarcus Cousins for Anthony Davis?
Cousins had a stat line of 18pts 11 rebs 6 assists 3 steals and 4 blocks in 29 minutes played.
A Davis had a stat line of 16pts 6 rebs 2 assists 2 steals and 4 blocks in 37 minutes played.

I'd take Davis over Cousins without a thought. Davis has all the tools to be the next Duncan/Garnett, and by all accounts has none of the issues Cousins carries. He's a future DPOY that will average 25 and 13 in his prime, most likely.

Unfortunately, this will never happen.
A. Davis is also the only player that I would ever trade Cousins for besides Lebron, Durant, and such quality players in the near future.
Davis would be so nice to have. Automatic in rebounding, scoring, and all around defense. His passing sucks but if you bring a pass first point guard who controls the floor.... If we draft a Wiggins or Parker then we'd be a serious contender. Now, we're just a joke. You can't have a real team when your star player is a baby and everybody is afraid of him including his own teammates. If they aren't afraid, then they just don't like him. I have no doubt that IT and many others besides Gay dislike Cousins.
