On the road, but saw the game. Great game by Gay! Good defense throughout the game, even from the shooting guard position. But I really want to give props to Collison. Through two games, he's been everything he was advertized to be. He's played excellent defense in both games. He's brought the ball up the court quickly, and and got it into play. Casspi made a statement, and may have a strangle hold on the back up spot at SF. You couldn't ask for much more in 14 minutes of play. Decent and solid game by Cuz, but he has to stop already with stupid emotional fouls. We need him on the floor. I watched McLemore and Stauskas in particular in this game. I'm impressed with Nik's knowledge of the game. If you watch him when he cuts under the basket, many times he'll set a quick backscreen, or intentionally (looks unintentional) bump into Cousins defender, and give Cousins a chance to create space to shoot, or make a move to the basket. McLemore's man defense is light years ahead of where he was last year at this time. Nik's defense still needs work, but for a rookie, he's been better than I would have thought, and I'm a big fan of his. I can see him being a good defender in the future.

I'm more worried about McLemore's shooting than I'am Nik's. Nik has icewater in his veins. Missing a shot isn't likely to get into his head. McLemore is still thinking about it too much. When you see a player short arm a shot like he did from the right baseline, you know his collar is way too tight. The reason he hit that ridiculous shot from way behind the three point line was because he didn't have time to think about it. Neither one is going to be consistent only taking 4 or 5 shot a game. Shooter need to get into a rhythm. If their lucky they hit their first couple of shots and their off and running. But if not, they need enough shots to find their rhythm. I remember watching Peja going 0 for 6 or 7 in the first half, but by the games end, he'd be close to 50% from the floor. If you go 0 for 4, or 1 for 5, and you only get 4 or 5 shots in the game, your not going to look very good at the end of the game. Having said that, it will take some time and trust before either of them become a viable option on a regular basis. It was a fun game to watch, and hopefully we'll see a continuation of that on sunday.

There's a reason Nik wasn't shooting. The Portland defenders were not giving him ANY SORT of breathing room. Nik was so active in moving without the ball last night but the Blazer defenders were always fighting through screens, going around screens, switching to make sure Nik didn't get good looks.
There were a couple of hesitant moments on his part, of course, but overall you could see that Portland had a priority in not letting him shoot the basketball and get easy looks.
Exactly why I said don't look at the numbers he spread the court just by standing there and he mad several extra passes that made the offense flow. Also like what I see from Ben with the defense if he can become a defender of Klays level I would tolerate him shooting 3s at 36%.

Unfortunately for me, the game was not aired in Israel, I guess it was more important to broadcast Indiana Pacers against the Memphis Grizzlies rather than broadcasting the Kings and Casspi against the Trail Blazers..... but they did broadcasted Chicago Bulls vs Cleveland Cavaliers ;).

I was able to check the score via the NBA GAME TIME app though, Rudy Gay seemed to be on fire throughout the ball game, 40 points, I wish he could do it every night, Cousins could scored in better percentages but he winded up having 17 points and 9 rebounds, it is very solid for him but he can definitely do better.

Collison shined as well, I really love this guy, very fast and athletic, and also a very smart player, he was very decent on the game on both ends of the court, he was grabbing high amount of rebounds for a PG and was scoring pretty well.

Omri Casspi was a spark of the bench as well, obviously he couldn't get more minutes in the game since Rudy Gay was lightning hot in the game and just kept on making his shots, I believe coach Malone should let Casspi more minutes as the back SF, he was really efficient, he was taking smart decisions out there and didn't force any tough shot, he provided with 10 points in the game while playing only 13 minutes, he looked very decent and was attacking the paint at will, which is very important for the Kings offense.

I think Ramon Sessions is a very decent player and can be really effective, he didn't look quite good out there tonight, also struggled against the Warriors, I think he will eventually show up and will provide the expected outcome because he is a really good PG in my opinion.

Consider getting international league pass. A few here have it and it's apparently better than the league pass we get here in the states.

I was actually considering that not while ago, but I don't think that it is really lucrative for me since most of the games are being aired very late here around 2:00 am - 5:30 am and I usually can't stay that late at night for every game, so I don't think League Pass is really necessary.

Gives you the chance to watch all the games when you have time. They catalog entire season.

Actually that is exactly why you should have the LeaguePass. You can watch the game whenever you want and how many times you like. You can also watch any or every game of the night. That is the perfect solution for you.

PS. If you watch the games later, you also save time because the game breaks and half times etc. are cut out.

This is my first year using league pass. It's amazing! The quality is incredible, you can watch the games live, and you can watch the games on replay, and they also have a 25-30 min condensed version if you don't want to watch the full length game. It was definitely worth the price, and now I will be able to watch every game of the season.

Hello Eric Gordon!
Ben is incompetent, not hateworthy.

Gordon is kind of aprima donna on top of being overpaid. You never know if he is giving you his best.

BTW, show of hands, who here would like to have a SG that puts up 22pts 10reb 9ast 2stl and 1 blk rather than our current duo? Anyone?

When you have the guard play of Eric Gordon/Rivers and Jimmer it's really hard to beat any good team. I mean Eric Gordon is making Ben look really good.

While Tyreke did play well he was dreadful down the stretch when the game was on the line, horrible decision making after tearing up the 3rd quarter.

I thought League Pass replays the games...I don't see any at all now or later. what gives? o_O
From what I understand, and I could easily be wrong, it's International League Pass that replays the games and has them archived for viewing at any time.

but just last season standard League Pass replayed the games numerous times after its original air time.

Yup, the premium version archives everything for longer I think. The normal version usually only for a few days. Also for anyone who's interested - they charge different prices in each country for the same exact international league pass. So... If you want to save some as much as a 100 over dollars it's worth finding a way to sign up in another country.

I thought he was overpaid for a 20/5/5/ guy?

So, is his salary palatable now?

Get him back!

Him, Cousins, Gay, and Collison and here comes playoffs!
