This team badly needs a training camp. the chemistry with Reke/Thornton/Boogie is still pretty shaky. Not that they seem to dislike each other or anything, just that the offense just doesn't really seem fluid. Looked much better with Beno and JT out there.

It's all about familiarity. Beno and JT have been here considerably longer (for this team, anyway) and have a better feel for each other, whereas Cousins is in his first year, Evans in his second (although more like 1.5 considering injuries) and Thornton has been here for less than a year.

Yup, therefore the offseason plan: Lock up Thornton and Sammy, have everybody get healthy whilst devising an offensive scheme that works with this group and then pound that one into their heads (also maybe teach them to how to handle screens on either end and explain that transition defense, in fact, is something worthwhile). Minimalistic, yet quite effective, imo.
