Great job by the Kings to fight back in this one but if this game is going to be played at this tempo and with this many jumpers the odds don't favor our guys.

See, that was much better defense by Cousins. Didn't contest the Monta's shot, which eliminated the passing angle, gave him rebounding position, and forced Monta to make an inefficient long two.

Nik got completely destroyed on that possession, but because of great positioning by Cousins it didn't matter.

Nik just has no clue how to defend the pick and roll. Landry showed like he was supposed to and Nik was glued at the free throw line instead of the 3...

These jumpers look good until they stop falling, which ultimately always happens, then we're back to asking why the hell isn't the most dominant center in the game on the block?

It's great Cuz is hitting from outside, but he shouldn't be out there nearly this much.

To quote the great Jerry Reynolds, "He's taking what the defense is giving him."

Yeah you're probably right. It's easy to get excited when he's hitting so many outside shots, but they do usually stop falling at some point. A little more balance might be nice. Spend some time in the post and take the occasional mid range to mix it up

Derrick Williams every once and a while pulls off a move that makes me say "wow." Why, oh why, can he not do that more consistently?
