I asked because G-Man said replay showed there was still 0.1 left on the shot clock when the ball left his hands.Random person on Twitter?

I mentioned it in the Malone bashing thread, but Ty Corbin - who has been a big help on the bench for Malone - has been out for three games. According to Kayte, he is facing surgery after tearing his achilles. One thing I had noticed just the other day was how animated Corbin always is with the players. Not having him there is just another problem for Malone to overcome.
But hey, people can slam Malone all they like. I don't think anyone outside of a few on this board are doing so...

We were also on a back to back, having gone to OT the night before. JT showed up in a big way, McLemore did not. I saw a team hit shots that should not have, and a team that should have, didn't. That's not on the coach. Then there's Sessions, who, despite my grumblings, did his best to try to bring us back. And Stauskas needs to hit some damn shots if we really want to take a next step.Yup there is it is, another excuse for Malone, guess we are at home versus a team that just played 4 games in 5 nights. Without thier best player, if oyu need Demarcus Cousins to win you that game then you can't coach.
So what your saying is Malone has another excuse for him after the Cousins one wear out ?
And just look at the f*****g line-up of Orlando compared to our line-up. Orlando's line-up pretty much look like a rebuilding team and yet we lose the game and at our home court!Yup there is it is, another excuse for Malone, guess we are at home versus a team that just played 4 games in 5 nights. Roger that; I've never held Napear or Reynolds in particularly high regard, but I'll take G-Man's word over some dude on Twitter.I saw the same thing. Grant and Jerry said the same thing.

We have Ben tonight and he played only 24 minutes. I guess Malone loves Sessions too much playing him 23 minutes. We have no real shooters on this team... Nik is starting to hurt us when he's on the floor. At this point, I'd rather have D-Will take his spot.

And again, you have no clue on roster construction if you think DMC is an easy hole to fill. We are built around him, and may need to make a big move in order to get around having to rely on himso much.

And what was this f*****ing line-up all about?Damn what a lineup. LOL
Session
Ray
Dwill
Casspi
Landry
We just lost the Magic without their best player at home. They just played 4 games in 5 nights. Nope, I don't think DMC is a easy hole to fill but if you need him to beat a bad team like the Magic then you arn't a good coach. Other teams have injuries but at least they can win against inferior opponents.

He goes away from some players too quickly...or leaves them out too long. Ben is the example tonight. He didn't have anything going, but he has had a lot going for a long stretch of games. A couple 'off' quarters doesn't mean a player is down and out. Show some trust in him and go back to him for most of the 4th quarter. All he has to do is make one shot and he could get on a roll. He also always plays tough defense, regardless of how many points he has.....
Instead, Sessions. Twilight Zone![]()
That wasn't directed at you but instead to a certain act of trying certain rotations that clearly don't work. (Just in case you thought that was directed at anybody in this forum)Earlier on, someone quoted Einstein. I've just realized that continuing a certain line of discussion would be clear evidence of insanity on my part so I'm bowing out.
George Carlin also has a very appropriate quote but I do not want to be accused of calling anyone names so I'll decline to post it.![]()

But didn't he do what you just said with Sessions?
If you really believe that, then you have a much higher opinion of how good this team really is without Cousins than you ought to.We just lost the Magic without their best player at home. Dealing with Derrick Williams is like playing Russian Roulette. Sometimes you get sixteen points in ten minutes. The other five times...Who would have thought Derrick Williams would become our most effective bench player. Ouch

He's our most naturally talented bench player (why he was a #2pick) but he's just to damn unpredictable, I don't understand why for 15-20 mins every game he can't go all out on both ends and just use his athletic ability like he did 2night, there was 2 occasions where he completely altered shots on the defensive end just by leaping and swatting. He just needs to play kamikaze basketball at both ends and he will be a very productive player as long as his athletic ability is there.Who would have thought Derrick Williams would become our most effective bench player.
