Evans and Greene in SF Pro-Am last weekend

You know something's wrong when you read "Evans and Greene killed it" and think that the two died in a car accident.
 
Haha same happened to me when I was on the main forum page and all I could read was "evans and greene killed..."
 
No worries!

And was it wrong of me to have my first reaction be: "Why Reke and Greene? Why not Joe, Gavin, and George!?"

It's not a stupid question. NBA players play in Pro Am summer league games all the time. Sac has a Pro Am summer team as well, heck I used to go watch Kenny Smith play in it way back in the day. So the PRO-AM summer league games have been going on for years. Tyreke plays in many of them in different cities to keep in shape. This one Donte joined him in the Bay Area and they pretty much dominated. So it's just a way for players to keep in shape.
 
Is the "point guard" thats feeding Reke and Greene the ball for the dunks Lil Wayne?

Seriously Lil Wayne looks like that in other bbal videos. Also, the competition looks very weak in the limited footage.

anyways, good find. I watched it first on my iphone and thought the second one was Donte too. Was suprised it was Reke. He got up!!
 
Damnit. Was in SF last weekend and had no idea Pro Am had already started. Would have gone if I knew either was playing.

SF Pro Am has had some great players in the past. Matt Barnes usually plays, as well as the Sac Pro Am, but when younger I used to go and watch Kidd and Payton face off, Mullin has played in them and still regularly plays pickup in a couple gyms in the east bay, Arenas played before getting traded to Wash, Leon Powe played a few years. Get a lot of Cal, Stanford and USF guys as well. Would think Jeremy Lin might play since he's now training in Palo Alto where he's from.

Competitive games too. Barnes got in a fist fight last year. Can't believe I missed Donte and Reke though when I was right around corner with my girl watching her shop for shoes instead.:(
 
Tyreke looking like he's in phenomenal shape. Wish we'd gotten to see those ankles getting broken, or even better, the jumpshot that's supposed to be undergoing reconstructive surgery with the Shot Doc all summer.
