Should be a great Euro 2008 final. Spain looks very strong having not lost in 2 years with a 21 game winning streak. Germany won't be intimidated, but better come out stronger than they did early on against Turkey.

Germany are far stronger physically but the Spaniards play great football. Fabregas picked some beautiful passes today, he's a great player, much and all as I hate Arsenal.

I'd probably prefer Spain to win because they play the more attractive football. But you can never write the Germans off...

Unfortunately I didn't get to see the final today. Although the Spaniards usually choke in the big game, they were able to pull it out today. They seemed to be the hottest team in the tournament, and from what I've read and the highlights I've seen the game was not as close as the 1-0 final would indicate. Felicitaciones Espana!!!!!!!!

No it wasn't close, Germany seemed very uninspired, although that was their MO in most of the matches I saw.

Ballack played. He seemed maybe a bit slow due to his injury suffered against Turkey. Mid-game took a shot to the head and was bloodied above corner of his eye. Was in and out for a couple minutes as they finally stopped the bleeding. Overall, Germany seemed slower than Spain, especially several of their older players.
