Draft Thread

Wow.

It was Cleveland with the promise to Waiters.

Again as I mentioned earlier today, it wouldn't be terribly surprising because they reached so much with the 4th pick last year with Tristan Thompson.

Now we have a solid SF in Barnes on the board, a high risk/reward player in Drummond, and a solid PF in Robinson.

I actually have no idea what we are going to do.

Here it is guys. If we take Drummond we know whats happening. I like Robinson but like many others i have worries about our Defense. Now if we could get a Dally like defender coming off the bench that would be awesome....I wish we could speed up Hassan's progression.

We're obviously taking Robinson here. I'll take it. Not ideal but probably second best outcome. He could be very, very good...

At least we can look forward to absolutely pounding teams on the glass for quite some time!

With Barnes/Robinson & potential trade with Houston in Drummond....I have no idea what we'll do.

Not surprising that Cleveland reached with the 4th this year in taking Waiters...considering that they reached with the 4th last year to take Tristan Thompson....but wow, no wonder Waiters shut it down.

I planned for every scenario but this one. I really have no idea how our future will work with the Robinson pick up.

Very skeptical, but I will not criticize it. We need a big man... even if he doesn't fit the mold / isn't the kind of big man I wanted.

We can only hope they can defend at least as well as Gasol - Randolph.

We just got a really athletic powerful PF in Robinson.
He'll be a rebounding monster next to Cousins...and again I liken him to Blake Griffin-type.

Doesn't add the shotblocking that we need, but we'll be really physical up front and that should help a lot.

Major letdown for me. Both my guys were off the board. Robinson hopefully is a Blake Griffin lite type of guy for us... was hoping for a trade once Cleveland picked Waiters.

Kingster

Hall of Famer

This guy is fantastic. Man, the Kings are soooo freaking lucky to have this guy. He has a motor that doesn't quit and more athleticism than MKG. He's a warrior. Just great for this team. With Cousins and Robinson they are going to clean up on the boards like you wouldn't believe.

That family is full of emotion. I liked Thomas's interview if you can call it that--you can tell he's eternally grateful and selfless, and is ready to work his hardest here. Mixed on his sister--that reporter had to improvise to make things less awkward lol
