Hey guys I'm out on the field on a last minute job so I can't follow the draft. Did we do anything else besides drafting Bagley at 2?
not yet.

No it was malpractice to consider him at #1 in the first place. The fraud dropped like a rock just like I knew he would. Not only did he fail his physical, he failed his interview with his arrogance and delusions of grandeur. If The Kings really viewed Porter as a #1 pick it is organizational mal practice to not do anything possible to make a trade for him at this point.

Suns killing it, Mavs killing it, Hawks killing it, Nuggets killing it, Philly killing it (2021 might be the year one and done rule gets removed so that draft class could be loaded). Vlade took the 6-8thth best prospect #2 and called it a day
Oh come on, I know you're not happy but Bagley was going #3 without a doubt
No he wouldnt. Atlanta wanted Tre Young. There wasnt any hype for teams trading up for Bagley
I refuted most of them but you just disagree is all... Which is fine, but there's two sides to every argument. Steve Nash with Amare in 2009 was 54-28. Steve Nash without Amare in 2010 was 40-42. That's just one example with one player... There are plenty of run and gun power forwards that have been on a lot of good teams. There was a lot of good educated posts about the value of players like Bagley. Go look and if you cant find them tell me and I can point them out to you
He looks good. I hope we get him too to replace G-Leaguer Jackson.I’d really like Džanan Musa, but I doubt he falls to 37. I may be a bit biased but I’d say at this point he’s pretty good value.
The mavs certainly didn’t mind taking the ball out of the hands of the point guard they drafted last year...... What a disaster this franchise is.

This. We took the best player who is also a great fit. This team is gonna be really fun with the ability to beat you in a lot of ways offensively. Defense is going to be the issue but we should be able to score with anyone. If anything, it's an endorsement of Fox, Buddy, and Bogdan. Now to find a SF.

There was no hype about trading up for Ayton either. Your point? No he wouldnt. Atlanta wanted Tre Young. There wasnt any hype for teams trading up for Bagley
Yeah me either. I think he'll guard fours no problem. I'm talking about our team defense as a whole next year. A lot of young players, defense might take a little longer than the offense.I'm not - yet - worried about Bagley's D. He's athletic and he puts in crazy effort, so I suspect he will be fine.

Fire him, fire the staff. It’s been just awful drafting and then there is no pick next year because we needed to free up cap space for a rental. Just horrible upper managementThat might have weighed in somewhat but I'm still not buying it. They wanted Bagley, they took Bagley. It's looking like Vlade loves his bigs. Look at his previous drafts.
Not for nothing, but at least that's one less player I have to see not trying hard out there.I'm not - yet - worried about Bagley's D. He's athletic and he puts in crazy effort, so I suspect he will be fine.
