Doug & Hedo hocus pocus!

I'm watching the Magic-Pistons game right now & i have to say that i'm very impressed on how Doug & Hedo are playing for the Magic. They're leading this team in the right direction. Looks like it'll be a W tonight for them. Doug's key 3 with a minute to go in the game gave them the go-ahead & consistent ft shooting was clutch. DC has helped revitalize this team indeed & the Magic coach even elected to go with him over Grant Hill in the dying minutes of the game!

We miss you DC13 but we wish you well!

yeah on one of the highlight shows from their last game...i could tell by the look on Hedo's face that he's happy to have DC in town...and i think DC is at least happy to have a Hedo to show him the way...ya know

ps-love the avatar C4 and i love that quote by Jeff Van Gundy who is by the way my favorite coach in the NBA

They were great. Easy to like Magic now. My favorite team in the east

yup looks like Hedo's got someone who can better relate to with DC coming to Orlando.

Thanks iheartBrad! :) i loved the pic coz it showed how feisty Pedja can be--sort of "man-up" so to speak.

that's 3 of the last 4 since the trade that Hedo has over 20. Could we on this board been right about his potential all along?

Certain ironic loop:

1) Hedo was the heir apparent and backup to Christie
2) we give up on Hedo and trade him
3) Mobley and Hedo arrive together in OPrlando
4) Hedo is the backup to Mobley
5) Christie gets old
6) Christie traded for Mobley
7) Now Hedo starts, Christie backs him up, which was kind of the eventual plan once upon a time here.

Like I said before, I wanted Hedo to start in the Kings! Magic is my favorite team right now, second to the Kings!

I played NBA Live Online last night, using Magic for the first time, and guess what, a blowout win versus the Suns. I like their team.

how i wished, at the time, that this happened with the kings. a lineup of bibby, hedo, peja, webber & divac (back then) was really good. oh well, the journeyman (if you are reading this, you know who you are ;)) seems to have found a home. with hedo's luck though he will either sustain a serious injury or have an accident. stay home, we (the turkish national team) need you in serbia&montenegro; maybe this time around we will finally beat s&m team in an official tournament (i want to brag about this with no end, if it ever happens). :)

Dreaming is allowed.

You guys need to get to us first and then to try to beat us. You do that -You win gold.

the funny thing is in the recent tournaments, we usually had a game which we invariably lost to s&m. this year things might change. and it is a very high probability that we go at it in the second round, us coming out third, s&m coming out second from respective groups. this time, no mercy (as if before we were showing some ;)).

Maybe he had to travel the journey before he could reach the goal. In other words, his potential wasn't going to be realized in Sacramento. Now he has a decent contract, and is playing better than he's played in a very long time. He's matured and he's productive. Those are all good.

I wish him and Doug all the best. At least until we see them in June. ;)

Yeah I saw the game, too. It was nice to see Hedo and Doug together. I miss them, but it's good to see they both seem to be doing okay over there.

I do think Hedo has a lot of potential, and I hope he continues to do well. I wish him and Doug all the best. Can't wait till their visit to SacTown.

Not to take anything away from Orlando's win but do some people wonder who makes up the NBA schedule?? Detroit plays at home on Monday night and then has to fly to Orlando to play a game??? Isn't that pretty ridiculous???

In Belgrade ?

The Magic were already one of my favorite teams outside of Sacramento to watch, now that Hedo is starting and Doug is there, they've got me even more interested. I hope Hedo keeps it up, because I used to tell people that Hedo could turn out like a better rebounding and defending version of Jalen Rose.

i think the Magic are NOW GOING to easily be a fave to root for in the East...just cuz of the fact DC is there and i want him to succeed...plus i never hated the Magic so why not pick them up and put on my MUST WATCH list
