Devin Harris deal?

I think it would be a great idea to attempt to land Harris in a move. NJ seems to be looking to clear their cap space. I also think his game might complement Kevin's really well. Even if NJ is willing to move him what would he be worth to us in terms of players.

Bobby J and Douby work on trade checker if NJ is just really looking for cap space, Maybe throwing in a draft pick would tip the scale.

Any deal bringing Harris here would include a player (or players) that are on a much higher level than Douby. The Nets cleared a lot of salary by trading Kidd away, and Harris was the centerpiece of that package. Think of Harris as the NJ Nets version of Kevin Martin...a keeper on a rebuilding team. I'd love to get Harris but sorry, he isn't coming to Sacramento...especially with the proposed deal.

Their chances at Bron don't look too good now with the Brooklyn deal stymied, but the Nets are still on track for an 010 splash. If they want to cut salary, it won't be their starting PG.

Well I would love to have Harris, but its not going to happen. Dallas made a huge mistake in trading him for Kidd. Classic example of trading the future for the now. I'll give you credit for good window shopping though.

Douby and Bobby J for a young future allstar PG? One of the best defensive PG's in the league. Harris is playing better then prime Bibby. I dont think we're going to get him for Douby and Bobby J...

...Hell, it would probably take Martin to land him (a trade I'd be down with)
