So why would anyone sign a binding agreement if the league can just approve a better (by even a few million) deal down the road. I have to believe that in the unlikely event that kj finds a better offer and the even less likely deal that the league votes down the Hansen proposal that it will open the offer back up to Hansen. If not, the maloofs could rightly claim that the league prevented them from getting more money from a willing buyer. Can't see the league taking that risk.
Fine! I choose not to be morbid about this. We aren't on the same wave length and I doubt if either of us knows the rules they are operating under. I can't answer a question addressed to someone else.
The Maloofs had a deal to move to Anaheim and the NBA stopped that. How do you imagine that came about? The NBA wants to hear from KJ. I presume that's just for the hell of it.
