the pick from Charlotte will be the most favorable of Golden State or Denver second-rounder this June, therefore most likely from Warriors

NBA cancels Atlanta Hawks’ planned ‘Magic City’ promotion

The team originally announced plans to honor Magic City last month.

For reasons that seem inexplicable, the Hawks announced (and then the NBA finally under pressure cancelled) a theme night against Orlando based around a local strip club known as Magic City.

“From the food to the music and the exclusive merchandise, we are excited to team up with Magic City to create an authentic, True to Atlanta-inspired game experience,” said Hawks Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer Melissa Proctor.

Well, I can think of one person who should probably be removed from the position of Hawks Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer. How in the world did we get to a point that anybody thought this idea was anything less than a fireable offense, much less give it a thumbs up?

Apparently the Hawks seem to think this is totally appropriate:
