The Kings play a Sunday game on the road but this time it's in Seattle and not back east, which means it's at a decent time of day - 6 p.m.
With a Starbucks on every corner, there's no reason for the Kings to be anything but totally awake and energized - but, we hope, not over-energized.
Lots of discussion about Ron Artest lately, with opinions ranging from people who have no problems with his recent actions to those who are becoming more and more concerned that the ticking is getting louder and that Ron might well be on the verge of a major meltdown. We tend to lean towards the latter and feel those who do not learn from history - or in this case the misdeeds of Ron Artest - are doomed to repeat it. Be sure and check the main forum for some lively discussions and join in!
Heart and hustle, energy and excitement are still the watchwords for Kings fans. Theus has the team playing hard and staying focused. The Kings have beat the Sonics in a regular game and in the pre-season and we're hoping the trend continues.
